Argentinian Steak

  • 1 pound steak
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. 1.Mix all ingredients except the steak together in a bowl to make the marinade.
  2. 2.Cut the steak into roughly 1/2" strips and add to the marinade. Put in the fridge for several hours.
  3. 3.Take steak out from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
  4. 4.Preheat a cast iron skillet on high. Add steak strips to pan and cook for about a minute per side.
