Argentinian Steak

Ingredients
- 1 pound steak
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 6 clove garlic
- 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1.Mix all ingredients except the steak together in a bowl to make the marinade.
- 2.Cut the steak into roughly 1/2" strips and add to the marinade. Put in the fridge for several hours.
- 3.Take steak out from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
- 4.Preheat a cast iron skillet on high. Add steak strips to pan and cook for about a minute per side.
