Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce chickpea pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup hot wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. 1.In a bowl, add avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, cumin, and chili powder. Mix together.
  2. 2.Cut chicken into small cubes. Add to the marinate and let sit for a while.
  3. 3.Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Drain, then shock with cold water.
  4. 4.While pasta cooks, throw a pan over high heat. Once very hot, add chicken and cook, about 7-8 minute
  5. 5.In a large bowl, add pasta, hot sauce, ranch, mozzarella, and chicken. Mix well and enjoy!
