Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounce chickpea pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup hot wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, add avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, cumin, and chili powder. Mix together.
- 2.Cut chicken into small cubes. Add to the marinate and let sit for a while.
- 3.Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Drain, then shock with cold water.
- 4.While pasta cooks, throw a pan over high heat. Once very hot, add chicken and cook, about 7-8 minute
- 5.In a large bowl, add pasta, hot sauce, ranch, mozzarella, and chicken. Mix well and enjoy!
