1 tsp worcester
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt

Mix all burger ingredients together in a medium bowl. Separate out into 4 equal-sized balls, then form the patties.

Preheat grill to 450 degrees. Once hot, add burgers. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, adding cheese after the first flip. Add buns to the grill after that first flip too, if you want them toasted.

Assemble the burgers with all the fixings.
Tips
Use an 80-20 mix for the ground beef.
Don't compact your burgers too much - you want some space in the patties to avoid dense/chewy burgers!
