Cheeseburger Sliders
Created by Rob Denman
Ingredients
- 2 pack Hawaiian rolls (24 total)
- 2 pound ground beef
- 2 packets French onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon worchestire
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 sandwich-style cheddar cheese slices
- 1/2 stick butter
- Sesame seeds
- Pickles, chopped (maybe like 4 spears-worth)
Instructions
- 1.Heat a pan and add the beef. About halfway through cooking, add the onion. Once beef is fully cooked, drain the mix.
- 2.Add the mix back to the pan and add the shredded cheddar, French onion mix, worchestire, mayo, and mustard. Combine until cheese is melted.
- 3.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 4.Chop the rolls in half and put the bottom layer on some tinfoil. Leave enough foil to wrap everything at the end.
- 5.Layer cheese slices on the bottom, then add the meat over the cheese, and the pickles over the meat. Put the top half of the rolls on top.
- 6.Slightly melt the butter so it's very easy to spread, and top the rolls with it. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
- 7.Cover the rolls with foil so their enclosed (try not to have it touch the top of the rolls). Back for about 15 minutes, directly on the rack.
- 8.Once the cheese is melted and the top is lightly toasted, they're ready! Serve with ketchup or some sort of burger sauce.
