Crockpot Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes with chilies (Rotel)
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1.Combine salsa, canned tomatoes, and seasonings.
- 2.Place onions and chicken in the slow cooker and top with the mixture.
- 3.Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred the chicken and serve.
