Crockpot Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes with chilies (Rotel)
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.Combine salsa, canned tomatoes, and seasonings.
  2. 2.Place onions and chicken in the slow cooker and top with the mixture.
  3. 3.Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred the chicken and serve.
