2 cucumbers, sliced
4 cloves garlic, halved
2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp peppercorns
4 sprigs dill
2 cups vinegar
1 /4 cup sugar
2 tbsp salt

Start by slicing your cucumbers into chips. Use a crinkle cutter if you have one! Divide the cucumbers between 2 jars.

Divide the garlic, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and dill sprigs among each jar.

Heat 2 cups water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve, then let cool slightly. Pour over the cucumbers.

Let the jars cool to room temperature, then store in the fridge. They should be ready after about 24 hours, and will become more flavorful the longer they're pickled!
