Korean Beef Bowls

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsps brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 head broccoli
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Sesame seeds to taste
- 4 green onions
- White rice
- Sesame Seeds
- Gochujang
Instructions
- 1.Combine soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, brown sugar, sesame oil, and pepper flakes in a bowl.
- 2.Heat a wok over high heat. Once hot, spray with cooking oil and cook the beef until no longer pink.
- 3.Add onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for another minute, until soft.
- 4.Add broccoli to the wok and pour sauce over. Mix together, then cover and simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5.Serve with white rice and gochujang sauce. Top with sesame seeds.
