1 tablespoon + 1 tsp olive oil
2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a bowl, whisk together everything but the shrimp. Once mixed, add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.

Transfer shrimp to a baking sheet and roast for 6 - 8 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp.
