Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 tablespoon + 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2.In a bowl, whisk together everything but the shrimp. Once mixed, add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
- 3.Transfer shrimp to a baking sheet and roast for 6 - 8 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp.
