1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Wash potatoes and cut to 1/2-inch sized pieces.

Put potatoes in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together well.

Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, tossing about halfway through.
