Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2.Wash potatoes and cut to 1/2-inch sized pieces.
- 3.Put potatoes in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together well.
- 4.Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, tossing about halfway through.
