Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. 2.Wash potatoes and cut to 1/2-inch sized pieces.
  3. 3.Put potatoes in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together well.
  4. 4.Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, tossing about halfway through.
