Salmon Sushi Bake

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 3 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cup rice
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 3 tablespoon spicy mayo
- 1 tablespoon furikake (optional, but adds a lot)
- 2 tablespoon crispy fried onion bits
- 2 tablespoon green onions, diced
Instructions
- 1.Remove skin from salmon and cut into cubes.
- 2.Combine salmon, teriyaki, and salt in a bowl. Set aside to allow it to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- 3.In a baking dish, add the rice and pat down to create a flat base. Top with the salmon (and sauce!), then spread garlic powder and brown sugar evenly over the top.
- 4.Turn on broiler and cook on the top rack for 6-10 minutes, until the salmon is flaky.
- 5.Top with avocado, mayo, furikake, fried onions, and green onions.
