Salsa Criolla

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1.Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet.
- 2.Chop peppers and onions into 3/4" pieces. Add garlic, onion, peppers, and oregano to the skillet and cook until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
- 3.Add in vinegar and sprinkle with some salt & pepper. Turn heat down to medium and cook for another couple minutes.
