Salsa Criolla

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet.
  2. 2.Chop peppers and onions into 3/4" pieces. Add garlic, onion, peppers, and oregano to the skillet and cook until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. 3.Add in vinegar and sprinkle with some salt & pepper. Turn heat down to medium and cook for another couple minutes.
