1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast
1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chilis
1 15 oz can Black Beans
1 15 oz can Corn
1 /4 cup Cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
3 Green Onions
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Season chicken breast with salt and place in the slow cooker.

Add broth, beans (drained & rinsed), corn (drained), tomatoes (drained), cilantro, green onions, and seasonings to the slow cooker. Give a little mix.

Cook on low for about 4 hours, then shred the chicken.

Add the cheddar to the crockpot and let it melt. Give everything a solid mix. Serve over ride and add any extra veggies you want to the dish!
