Sheet Pan Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 pound chicken breast
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- Cilantro to taste
Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, create the marinade using all seasonings, olive oil, and lime juice.
- 2.Thinly slice the chicken, onion, and bell peppers. Add all to the marinade and let sit for at least an hour in the fridge.
- 3.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread the chicken & veggie mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- 4.Turn oven to broil to get some char on the veggies, about 3 minutes.
